About Us

Liz graduated from The British School of Shiatsu-Do (London) 3-year practitioner training programme in 1997 and returned to her home town of Liverpool to set up practice there. She then went on to teach at the British School of Shiatsu-Do in Liverpool and complete a year long teacher training course with the Shiatsu Society.

In 2000 Liz along with Andrew Scott MRSS (T) established the School of Shiatsu, Liverpool and in 2004- 2007 Liz became Principal of the school. After moving to Cilcain in Flintshire, North Wales in 2002 with her young family Liz continued to practice and teach in Liverpool whilst starting to establish her practice in North Wales. Liz went on to complete 4 year's training in Chinese medicine at the Glyndwr University, Wrexham graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in 2009 and now practices at the Park Clinics in Mold, Rhyl and Denbigh.

Whilst studying for her degree Liz also studied with the British School of Yoga to qualify as a hatha yoga instructor and in 2007 started teaching pre and post natal yoga and baby shiatsu massage at Mold Sports Centre, Flintshire County Council.

She is a member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Shiatsu Society.
